Osaka Castle Park is the principal destination for cherry blossom viewing, with about three thousand cherry trees scattered about its 261 acres (~ 106 hectares).

During peak sakura time, you will be treated to an expansive show of clouds of soft pink blossoms on the Somei Yoshino cherry trees.

Nishinomaru Garden
Nishinomaru Garden, located to the west of the main tower at Osaka Castle, is home to several hundred cherry trees, making it a must-visit destination for cherry blossom viewing in Osaka.
Many of the trees in the garden are of the Somei Yoshino variety, which feature pale pink blossoms fading to white. They bloom in early spring.
The garden also contains many weeping cherry trees.
